剧情介绍：
当红股票经纪方进新（刘松仁）被相交数十年的朋友丁蟹（郑少秋）杀死后，所遗四子女得继室罗惠玲（蓝洁瑛）照顾长大成人，长子方展博（刘青云）在事业迷茫之际得其生前旧友叶天（罗乐林）教诲，决定继承父业。得悉当年被关进台湾监狱里的丁蟹已潜逃返港时，方展博立誓要为父报仇，终令其再入 监狱，却也因此得罪了其有庞大黑社会背景的儿子丁孝蟹（邵仲衡）、丁益蟹（陶大宇）等人，弄得一家人除他之外先后都死于这伙人之手。
